ABOUT

Colombian director, screenwriter and producer with experience in more than 50 episodes of cable series like “2091”, “Cumbia Ninja, “Familia en Venta”, “Tiempo Final”, “Kdabra”, “Karabudjan” (Antena 3, Spain) and“Lynch”. Bluff, his first film, was released in 2007 and became the highest grossing film of the year. Bluff won the Audience Award at both the Miami Film Festival and the Toronto Latin Film Festival. This picture was also screened at the prestigious Cannes Festival. In March 2012 Felipe co-founded, with the peruvian actor and director Salvador del Solar, the production company: Proyectil, creating projects such as the feature film Magallanes; and transmedia contents like “Talión” and “Yo te llevo a Brasil”. In 2016, he premiered his second feature film “Malcriados” for the production company Dynamo. Currently Felipe post-produces his feature films “Doble” and “Fortuna Lake” to be released in the first half of 2018.

Among his awards are: FDC for production 2006 for Bluff, Audience Award at both the Miami Film Festival and the Toronto Latin Film Festival for Bluff in 2007, TP de Oro 2008 in the category Best National Series for Sin Tetas No Hay Paraíso, India Catalina Award in the category Best Television Series in 2008 for Tiempo Final, FDC Screenplay Development 2008 for Doble, Integral Stimulus FDC 2015 for Doble.
